I’ve talked about the benefits of using a rotating meal plan before. I won’t bore you with a repeat of old material. But what I will do is admit that after a season of rotating meals, I get very bored and very antsy to eat something new.
Enter a new rotating meal plan!
I do tend to swap these out every season. It helps keep grocery costs down because I pick meals that focus on what produce happens to be in season. (Let’s just say I’m looking forward to the bounty of summer.) But lest you worry that all you can find in the winter is potatoes and kale, let me assure you that citrus is standing strong right now. As are many of the allium family. Bring on the leeks!
