National Cheeseburger Day is September 18th!
Which means, many of your favorite burger joints are running specials for the day. Or the week, depending on how generous and celebratory they’re feeling. As always, this is limited to participating locations, so long as supplies last. I don’t control the foods here, I’m just sharing what I’ve been able to find for you.
Applebee’s: Classic Handcrafted Burger and Fries meal for $8.99.
Burger King: Free cheeseburger with purchase of $1 or more. Exclusive to Royal Perks members, via online ordering or the app. (It is worth noting that BK is running specials all week in the app, including BOGO Whoppers on Thursday.)
Carl’s Jr.: Half off Double Cheeseburgers to rewards program members ordering via the app or online ordering.
Dairy Queen: Free cheeseburger with purchase of $1 or more.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers: Free Freddie’s Double when ordering via the app.
Krystal: $1 Cheese Krystals with all qualifying app purchases.
McDonald’s: 50 cent cheeseburgers when ordered online or via the app.
Smashburger: Classic Singles for $5 using code SMASH23 on the website or app.
Wendy’s: Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for 1 cent with qualifying purchase, placed via the app.
Wahlburgers: Half off all burgers on Sept 18th.
White Castle: BOGO on Single Cheese Slider using code BOGO at checkout.
Many of these deals will require you to either be a member of their rewards programs or the use of their mobile app for ordering.
Momma did go looking for potential deals with other chains, including the following: Red Robin, Steak and Shake, Jack in the Box, Whataburger and Sonic. I couldn’t find any for these chains for National Cheeseburger Day. Which doesn’t preclude your local business potentially hosting some sort of special. So go check those places out if you’re a particular fan of one of them. (NGL, the Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box is my favorite, hands down, forever and ever. Yum!)
